鹽燒沙甸魚

鹽燒沙甸魚 

材料:  沙甸魚  4      

             半茶匙      

          黑胡椒碎  1茶匙

   

烹調步驟:

(1)    沙甸魚解凍, 用剪刀由鰓位剪開肚去除內臟, 用廚房紙抹乾

(2)    在兩面魚身均勻灑上鹽和黑胡椒碎, 15分鐘

(3)    燒紅鑊, 滾油, 中慢火煎沙甸魚至兩面金黃

(4)    用廚房紙吸油後上碟即成

小貼士:

(1)    喜歡的話可淋上少許檸檬汁伴食

(2)    煎魚一定要燒紅鑊, 油要滾, 再慢火煎魚, 見魚側開始金黄, 便可用鑊鏟輕輕將魚反轉煎另一面; 如發覺有黐底情況, 代表魚未夠熟, 這時千萬不要嘗試反魚, 應該等一會, 魚夠熟自然會不黐底

(3)    可以不用煎法, 用已預熱200oC的焗爐焗約12分鐘至金黃色便可, 烤焗的時間視乎個別焗爐而定.
