南乳薯仔炆雞, 薑片炒菜心, 南瓜粟米紅蘿蔔煲豬骨湯

南乳薯仔炆雞 

材料: 薯仔  1    

            半隻    

            2    

          蒜頭  2 

醃料 ():  南乳  半磚  (1湯匙)            

                    半茶匙

                  薑汁  1湯匙                    

                    1湯匙 

調味料: 南乳  半磚  (1湯匙)        

              冰糖  1 (乒乓球大小)       

              老抽  1湯匙 

烹調步驟:

(1)    薯仔去皮切件

(2)    雞洗淨斬件, 用醃料醃最少半小時

(3)    燒紅鑊, 下少少油爆香雞件, 下南乳炒香

(4)    加入薑片和蒜頭, 薯仔兜勻

(5)    加清水至浸過所有材料 (1.5-2), 下冰糖和老抽, 蓋上鑊蓋, 煮滾後轉中慢火炆約20分鐘

(6)    打開鑊蓋, 試味, 至收汁即成

 

薑片炒菜心

 

(1)    炒菜要先燒紅鑊, 油要夠滾, 火要猛才落菜快炒 (要放菜時有好嘈吵的啪啪聲), 炒好菜後冚蓋, 馬上熄火, 焗約一分鐘, 菜心夠熟又青綠

(2)    炒菜可以不用落鹽, 菜心夠青甜更好吃

 

南瓜粟米紅蘿蔔煲豬骨湯

材料: 南瓜  半個         

          粟米  2         

          紅蘿蔔  1

          豬骨  500g

            12-15

   

烹調步驟:

(1) 南瓜, 粟米, 紅蘿蔔洗淨切件

(2) 豬骨洗淨出水

(3) 煲滾水, 放入所有材料

(4) 先用猛火煲半小時, 轉慢火煲一小時, 轉猛火煲至大滾後下鹽調味即成 
 

小貼士:

(1)    煲湯一定要先用猛火煲最少15分鐘, 然後轉慢火, 煲好後才下鹽調味

(2)    南瓜性溫味甘, 可補中益氣, 有補血作用; 紅蘿蔔營養豐富, 補眼, 抗氧化; 粟米利尿降壓, 增强心血管彈性

Hello, Lady,

This old man is now retired in L.A. & with my son studying his PHD (Doctorate Degree,) in Computer Science, in the State of Tennessee.

Well, Dear, Time flies without you aware of that. I am so happy to learn that both you & this lady:笨B媽媽, are about to give birth of new born Baby. Please do more "Walking" that will help you during your 'Laboring Period".

Did you go thru the Ultra Sonic Screening? So, by now, you should know that you are expecting a boy or a girl.

Thank you so much for your blessing!!
I'm now in my 24 weeks pregnancy (almost 6 months). Everything's fine ~v~
It's a boy...and I'll do more exercise for easy labouring.
