豉油雞翼


材料: 

急凍雞翼  1磅 (約12隻)

薑  2片

乾蔥  2粒


汁料: 

老抽  2湯匙

生抽  2湯匙

糖  1-2湯匙

水  1碗 (200ml)


烹調步驟:

(1) 雞翼解凍, 洗淨抹乾

(2) 燒紅鑊, 滾油, 下薑和乾蔥炒至好香好香

(3) 下雞翼炒勻

(4) 加入汁料煮滾

(5) 蓋上鑊蓋, 轉小火煮10分鐘, 試味

(6) 大火煮滾, 蓋上鑊蓋, 熄火焗多10分鐘即成
